As Head of IT & OT Operations , you will assume overall responsibility for the IT and OT landscape at the Ladenburg site. You will lead your team both professionally and organizationally, implement global strategies locally, and actively drive digitalization, cyber security, and innovation.
Leadership & Organization
Overall responsibility for the IT & OT Operations department at the Ladenburg site
Professional and organizational leadership of the team as well as coordination of external service providers
Key point of contact for project management and business management
Close collaboration with the Global Head of IT & OT Operations
Strategy, Governance & Compliance
Local implementation of the global digitalization, cyber security, and governance strategy
Continuous further development of standards in coordination with global stakeholders
Planning, support, and implementation of security audits & assessments
IT / OT Operations & Infrastructure
Responsibility for the stable, secure, and efficient operation of the entire IT & OT systems landscape
Planning and execution of maintenance, system upkeep, and incident management
Responsibility for, among other things:
Network, backbone, servers, storage, backup
Endpoint management (clients, IoT devices, applications)
Cloud systems & integrations (Microsoft 365, Azure)
Telecommunications
Process control systems (e.g. ABB, Siemens)
Projects & Digitalization
Conceptualization and implementation of digitalization and innovation projects
Use of SAP, ERP, and MES systems for process optimization
IT/OT integration in investment and modernization projects
Technical consulting for the Engineering Department
Cyber Security
