Responsibilities:
- Accountability for Operations: Drive strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals, emphasizing excellence in customer satisfaction, growth, quality, and market impact across diverse sectors, including those at the intersection of science and innovation.
- Conceptualization & planning: Develop executable plans and management methods that align business, clinical and R&D operations with cutting-edge advancements in technology and applied sciences.
- Support in relevant areas: Hands-on engagement in all-day business activities when needed, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of plans and projects in a dynamic, collaborative, and interdisciplinary environment.
What You Bring:
- Leadership: Energy and adventurousness of an entrepreneur, readiness to learn and apply the leadership skillset, like being supportive, thinking forward, inspiring others, thinking objectively, empathy, etc.
- Operative Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities, pragmatism, getting things done, hands-on mentality, problem-solving attitude, etc.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher, in life science, in relevant technology, or engineering disciplines.
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge in veterinary medicine or medicine, biotech, biochemistry, or biology.

- Fluency in German and English
- Hands-on Experience: Experiences with operative elements are appreciated, but not required
