As an Avionics / Electrical Systems Engineer, you take ownership of the avionics architecture that defines how our aircraft sense, communicate, and operate. You will work with modern avionics systems and contribute across the entire development cycle – from requirements definition to integration and certification.
Design and development of avionics system architectures
Integration and configuration of avionics systems
Definition and management of system and interface requirements
Preparation and revision of technical documentation such as system specifications, interface control documents, wiring diagrams and certification deliverables
Technical support for prototype build, system integration, and production
Preparation and supervision of system, integration, and test activities
Close collaboration with internal teams as well as external suppliers and partners
Degree in aerospace, electrical, or systems engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience in avionics or electrical systems engineering
Solid understanding of cockpit systems, electrical systems, bus systems, and system integration
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with common engineering and design tools
Knowledge of relevant aerospace certification standards
Experience with electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS)
German language skills
