We are looking for a talented Predictive Maintenance Engineer in the Duisburg-Essen region to strengthen our team.
As a Predictive Maintenance Engineer, you will learn to detect machine failures at a very early stage using various condition monitoring techniques. You will contribute to customer productivity, help reduce downtime, and minimize environmental impact.
As a Predictive Maintenance Engineer, you will support your customers' maintenance departments daily by performing condition monitoring activities, primarily vibration measurements and analysis.
You will work at various customer locations in your region on all types of rotating equipment: gas and steam turbines, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, electric motors, fans, etc.
We will teach you various techniques and technologies, such as vibration analysis (portable, online, and wireless), thermographic imaging, and oil analysis, to support the customer's reliability program.
Based on your current experience and technical knowledge, you will go through an individual training program with a balanced mix of theoretical and practical on-site training.
With the support of our trainers and senior engineers, you will develop from a supporting role into a more independent and responsible one.
Ideally, you hold a technical bachelor or master degree or completed technical training.
Experience is not required, but you should have a genuine interest in predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and machine reliability. Every new team member will complete an individual training program, regardless of prior experience.
You are highly motivated to learn and enjoy working with like-minded colleagues to share knowledge and experience.
You love solving problems and looking for solutions and improvements.
In addition to German, you can communicate well in English.
