Junior System Engineer:
Within the Aerospace and Defense division, the successful candidate will be involved in systems engineering activities, including testing, validation, and verification of aeronautical systems, contributing to high-tech projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and leading clients.
The role offers a structured career path, with on-the-job mentoring and training, aimed at the progressive development of technical and design skills throughout the entire systems engineering lifecycle.
The candidate will support activities ranging from requirements analysis and system definition to integration, validation, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring high standards of quality and system performance.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will contribute to the following activities:
Analysis of the client’s operational and functional requirements
Definition and adaptation of specifications for aeronautical electrical and electronic systems
Support for system and software integration activities
Supervision and support for system qualification and validation activities
Coordination of small work packages
Preparing, conducting, and following up on meetings with customers and suppliers
Supporting technical documentation and reporting
Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality and performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields
Experience—even minimal—in systems engineering; experience working in multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of aeronautical systems and standards, requirements engineering, and system and software integration
Experience with IBM DOORS
Familiarity with: Agile/Lean methodologies
