NETWAYS has been supporting companies in the use of open source solutions for over 25 years. Our services include consulting, support, training and outsourcing with a wide range of open source tools.
As an Open Source Consultant, you will support our customers in the introduction, further development and maintenance of their IT infrastructure with the help of open source tools.
- Consulting and implementation of solutions based on open source tools
- Analysis of existing IT infrastructures and development of individual solution concepts
- Support in the automation and optimization of IT systems
- Conducting workshops and training courses on open source tools
A degree or training in IT is great, but not essential. We are aware that nobody can do everything, but at the very least you should have a solid knowledge of Linux.
We have a very large tech stack. Whether you want to deal with several products from several areas or specialize in one topic is up to you. There is something for everyone.
- Monitoring & Oberservability: Icinga, Grafana, Prometheus
- Configuration management: Ansible, Terraform, Foreman
- Cloud Native: Kubernetes, Gitlab, Rancher
- Log and event management / security: Elastic, Graylog, Wazuh, Grafana Loki, OpenSearch
You also have the following qualities:
- Solution-oriented and independent work
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and a structured way of working.
- Very good knowledge of German and English
