As an IA Europe Business Systems Leader here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee the business systems strategy and implementation across the Industrial Automation (IA) division in Europe. You will drive the alignment of business systems with organizational goals, ensuring efficient and effective technology solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
You will report directly to our IA Europe President, and you’ll work out of our Mainz, Lotte, Bracknell or Rolle office on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell’s Industrial Automation business in Europe by optimizing business processes, leading system integration projects, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable business systems solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of business systems strategy for IA Europe. You will focus on performance measurement, daily management and strategy deployment.
- Manage and oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of business systems to support business objectives.
- Drive performance measurement by focusing on clear performance indicators across Global Business Enterprises (GBEs), enabling roll-up from bottom to top with appropriate transfer functions.
- Collaborate with and coaching of Regional General Managers, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and design effective Lean solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and system functionality.
- Provide IA Europe leadership with guidance to business systems and ensure alignment with corporate standards and best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement and daily management activities focused on key priorities by GBE to deliver results over the next 12 months.
- Leverage the A3-Strategy concept through bowler charts with leading and lagging indicators, including countermeasures.
- Foster recurrent kaizen activities to continuously improve IA Europe business processes.
- Deploy IA Europe Strategy by embedding business action plans aimed at overachieving targets within the next strategy cycle, utilizing the A3/X-matrix, bowler charts, and action plans.
- Partner with IA Europe CFO to ensure KPIs for performance measurement are aligned with HON corporate standards.
- Collaborate with GBEs to complete the GBE A3 A3/X-Matrix and establish leading indicators.
- Coordinate IA Europe GBE bowlers and drive consistency across the region.
- Align business systems practices with principles of Lean Enterprise Transformation
YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience in business systems leadership or management within industrial or automation sectors
- Strong knowledge of business processes and systems integration
- Proven ability to lead complex system implementation and change management projects.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and business intelligence systems relevant to industrial automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
