We are seeking experienced Construction Managers MEP to support the execution of large-scale, technically complex construction projects in the Frankfurt and Cologne regions.
This position is responsible for managing the installation and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, electrical infrastructure, building services, and specialist technical installations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient project execution from installation through commissioning readiness.
Responsibilities:

Manage on-site construction activities for MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building services installations.

Ensure project delivery in line with quality, schedule, cost, and safety objectives.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams throughout the construction phase.

Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges.

Conduct regular site inspections, quality reviews, punch-list management, and acceptance activities.

Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, commissioning, and client teams.

Review installation progress, quantities, documentation, and contractor performance.

Support planning and coordination of testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Ensure compliance with all EHS requirements, project standards, and applicable regulations.

Maintain accurate reporting on progress, risks, and construction performance.

Technical qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Proven experience managing MEP installation activities on large-scale construction or industrial projects.

Experience within data centers, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, semiconductor facilities, pharmaceutical projects, energy infrastructure, or other technically complex environments is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of construction processes, technical building systems, and contractor management.

Knowledge of applicable construction standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

German language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Fluent English communication skills.

Willingness to travel and work full-time at project sites during construction phases.
