You enjoy talking to our customers – you handle all kinds of customer enquiries with ease and enthusiasm over the phone.
As a talented multi-tasker, you manage to listen actively to our customers whilst simultaneously using the relevant systems (omnichannel tools, Dynamics, SAP…).
You also respond to our customers’ enquiries via email in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
You identify customer needs and utilise upselling and cross-selling opportunities to offer added value to both our customers and DKV Mobility.
You are fully committed to our customers every day, placing the highest value on integrity and customer focus in line with our slogan ‘You drive, we care’.
Complex customer enquiries are right up your street, and you want to delight our customers with a prompt solution.
Products that require explanation, such as Toll, Refund and eMobility, don’t faze you; in fact, they really spur you on.
You support our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
