Ihre Aufgaben
Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Implementierung von IT-Systemen und/oder Netzwerkinfrastruktur
Unterstützung für einen SLA konformen Betrieb von einzelnen IT Services
Mitarbeit an der Planung und Durchführung von Hardwareeinrüstungen und -umrüstungen
Mitarbeit an der Planung und Durchführung von Softwareeinführungen
Installation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen (Windows/Linux) und/oder Virtualisierungsplattformen
Installation von Software und Durchführung von Tests
Erstellung von Test- und Abnahmeprozeduren
Entwicklung von Hilfsscripten und Tools
Planung und Implementierung von Informationssicherheitsvorgaben
Administration von Monitoring und Management Instanzen
Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
1st, 2nd & 3rd Level Product Support
Klassifizierung von IT-Tickets nach Incidents/Service Request und Changes
Ihr Profil
Einschlägige mindestens 3-jährige Berufsausbildung mit Abschluss (z.B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Ausbildungsrichtung
Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
Gute Kenntnisse in dem Bereich Führungssysteme und Joint Fire Support erforderlich
Sehr Gute Erfahrung mit Windows Server 2003 bis 2012 und Windows 7, Windows 10 sowie grundlegend Linux Server Kenntnisse
Sehr Gute Kenntnisse in Hardware-Einrüstung und sehr Gute Kenntnisse in Virtual Lan und Cisco Netzwerkkomponenten
Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft PowerShell Framework und VMWare ESXI, vSphere und vCenter
Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office (z. B. MS Powerpoint und MS Excel
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Analytische Fähigkeiten und Bereitschaft sich neue Themen anzueignen
