- Driving the technical implementation of AI features with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and on-time delivery
- Acting as the technical interface between Product Management, Professional Services, and Development to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Defining technical standards for AI components, from evaluating LLM outputs to ensuring reliable production operations
- Advancing our AI products, starting with the Companion for First and expanding to additional AI-powered solutions across our product portfolio
You have a solid background in software development and are eager to shape modern AI technologies in a productive enterprise environment.
Ideally, you bring:
- Several years of experience in software development with increasing technical responsibility
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications in production or production-like environments
- Experience leading the technical execution of complex software development projects
- A strong understanding of modern AI architectures such as RAG, Agentic AI, Function Calling, and LLM integrations

- Excellent German and English language skills
The following qualifications are considered a plus:
- Experience in the financial industry, such as asset management, fund administration, insurance, or banking
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as KAGB or Solvency II
