We are looking for a talented individual with a keen interest in project management and business analytics to support our Project Management Office (PMO) within the Healthcare Global Pharma Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) Team. After an initial training phase on the data structure, project tools and underlying processes, you will be working independently on your tasks by leveraging your skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset. You will be driving the monthly project and portfolio reporting, supporting project management tasks, preparing presentations in PowerPoint, automating data collection & preparation, updating process documentations and following up activities with stakeholders. Working in our team will expose you to a variety of project management topics in an international environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and agile group, contribute your own ideas and get to know the challenges of managing a global project portfolio.

Student (all genders) in natural sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business informatics, computer science, business administration, economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in project management and business analytics
- Advanced skills in standard MS Office tools. Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate is a must
- Experience in Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, Tableau, LLMs (GPT, Claude) is an advantage
- High degree of independence, strong result orientation and teamworking skills
- Fluency (C1) in English, both written and spoken
- Availability for at least 2x 6 months for 20 hours per week on average
