As Manager Communications, you will pay a key role in shaping our global communication landscape. Your focus will be on internal communications, driving employee engagement and strengthening leadership communication. You will also help to create a connected employee experience across the Xella Group.
- Shape and continuously develop Xella's communications ecosystem, including our corporate intranet and newsroom

Create engaging communication campaigns that strengthen culture, collaboration and employee engagement

Drive global communication initiatives and support organizational transformation projects.

Plan and deliver leadership communication formats, including Corporate Townhalls and international communication forums

Develop compelling content and stories that showcase achievements, innovations and people across Xella and the wider Holcim Group

- Several years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a related field

Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content

Experience managing digital communication platforms, editorial processes and content planning

Strong stakeholder management and project management skills in an international environment

Fluent in German and English
