HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
-
Supervising shifts at the hotel front desk
-
Ensuring smooth arrivals and departures for our international guests
-
Check-in and check-out in accordance with all Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA standards

Handling complaints at the highest level
-
Maintaining positive relationships with both guests and team members
-
Offering rooming services and orientation tours of the hotel
-
Maintaining and updating guest profiles and communicating relevant information to all hotel departments
COULD THIS BE YOU?
-
Completed vocational training in hospitality and at least one year of experience in a comparable role in upscale hospitality
-
With your natural hosting mindset, confident presence, and strong communication skills, you impress across the board
-
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
-
You are highly proficient in MS Office; ideally, you also have experience with Opera Cloud
-
You have a well-groomed appearance and a stylish, professional demeanor
-
You work responsibly, in a structured way, and with a strong attention to detail
