Role Description
This is a contract based on-site role for a Tour Guide position at Can You Handle It?Tours located in Cologne. The Tour Guide will be responsible for leading guided walking tours, communicating with participants, sharing historical insights, and potentially assisting with sales related to tours. You will have to coordinate with the administrative and marketing team for scheduling and promotions of the tours
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of English is mandatory.
- If you have some experience with guided tours it is a plus, but a minimum of some experience with public speaking is highly recommended.
- Compulsory to stay in Cologne.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to engage with diverse groups of people & connect with them
- Strong interpersonal skills & open to learn new thing
- Some basic knowledge of German is appreciated, but not essential
- Knowledge of Cologne/German history.
