WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A Program Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our accelerator programs and events. This position involves managing defined tasks independently, ensuring smooth logistical execution, facilitating connections, actively supporting the program's community-building efforts, and contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of our Munich office. As the role supports activities across both Munich and Stuttgart, regular travel between the two offices is expected.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of accelerator programs, workshops, and events in close partnership with our corporate partners. Ensure all logistical details are handled effectively, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation.
- Provide direct support to participating startups by addressing their needs, facilitating access to resources, and connecting them with relevant mentors and industry experts.
Event Operations
- Help organize and manage flagship events such as our Summit, Demo Days, Pitch Days, and networking sessions.
- Coordinate registrations, venue logistics (physical and virtual), event materials, and attendee communications to ensure seamless event execution.
- Support speakers, partners, startups, and guests during events while ensuring an outstanding participant experience.
Office Operations
- Support the day-to-day management of the Munich office, ensuring the workspace is organized and operational.
- Coordinate with office vendors, building management, and external service providers as needed.
- Manage office supplies, meeting room readiness, and assist with welcoming guests and visitors.
- Provide operational support for internal team activities and help maintain an efficient office environment.
TYPICAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, Engineering, or another relevant field.
- 6–12 months of experience in a startup, innovation, consulting, project management, operations, or similar environment.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a small, dynamic, and international team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of operational and program-related responsibilities.
