Elmo is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director- Europe to lead our regional activities across Germany and Italy and manage key strategic accounts.

Full ownership of all sales activities and performance across the territory (Germany & Italy)

Develop, execute, and drive a comprehensive European sales development plan

Lead, train, coach, and mentor the regional sales team to achieve ambitious targets

Personally manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts, ensuring long-term growth and strong customer relationships

Actively engage with customers and prospects through regular meetings and visits across the region

Drive close collaboration between the German branch and global HQ, ensuring alignment and ongoing business updates

Work closely with the HQ Marketing team to plan and execute regional activities, including exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences

Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and team development, in line with local labor laws and global policies

Take full ownership of all incoming sales leads and ensure maximum business potential is achieved

Build and manage the annual operating budget in coordination with HQ

Ensure the team is fully equipped with up-to-date tools, product knowledge, and market insights

Promote and enforce CRM as a daily working tool across the team
