We are looking for someone who keeps an overview, enjoys working with numbers, and is confident in managing and further developing our network of international suppliers on an operational level.
What you can expect:
You will be the central point of contact for all aspects of our procurement. This means you decide when and in what quantities products are ordered, keep an eye on inventory coverage and seasonality, and continuously develop our procurement operations. As part of the Operations team, you will work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
What you bring:

Good German and solid English skills for supplier communication

At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role

Structured mindset and enjoyment in identifying patterns in data and making decisions based on them

Careful, detail-oriented way of working, especially in maintaining master data

Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain management

Cooperative and friendly personality that supports long-term supplier relationships

Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and Tableau / Power BI

A high degree of independence and confidence in making and owning decisions

Openness to new input in decision-making and an ongoing awareness of potential blind spots
Nice to have (but not required):

Initial experience with ERP systems, macOS, and analytics tools

Basic knowledge of light programming/scripting of any kind

Experience in e-commerce, product management, purchasing, or logistics
