Über den Bereich
Für den Bereich „Survivability Engineering“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine "Team Assistenz für den Bereich Survivability Engineering (w/m/d)" in Teilzeit am Standort Taufkirchen.
Der Bereich „Survivability Engineering“ ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Sensoren und Systemen, die auf militärischen Plattformen zu Land, Luft, auf See und im Weltraum eingesetzt werden, um diese vor Bedrohungen zu schützen.
Ihre Aufgaben
Office Management inkl. Bestellwesen, Wareneingang und Rechnungsbearbeitung
Administrative Betreuung sowie On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden
Eigenständige Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Anfragen und -Bestellungen
Reiseplanung und Abrechnung gemäß Unternehmensrichtlinien
Organisation von Besprechungen und Besucherbetreuung (Raum, Catering etc.)
Raumplanung, Umzugsmanagement und Arbeitsplatzorganisation
Kommunikation mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
Terminkoordination und -pflege für die Führungskräfte
Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Übernahme von Sonderthemen
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Industriekauffrau/-mann, Bürokauffrau/-mann (w/m/d) oder vergleichbar)
Berufserfahrung als Teamassistenz von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Organisationskompetenz
Kommunikationsstärke, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
