Travel Coordination (approx. 50%)
1. Plan, organize, and book international business trips (flights, accommodation, transportation)
2. Act as the main point of contact for employees during travel planning and execution
3. Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions
4. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and identify cost-efficient options
5. Coordinate with external travel providers, agencies, and partners
6. Support with visa applications and travel requirements in collaboration with external partners
HR Admin Support (approx. 50%)
1. Support HR teams across different functions with administrative and operational tasks
2. Coordinate processes with Finance (e.g. invoices, vendor setup, documentation)
3. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth execution of internal processes
4. Support the organization of events, including travel and logistics coordination
