You’ll be part of the HR Business Partner team, which is a fast-growing, fun, and vital team at Tesla. Working directly with the team collaboratively, you’ll have the unique opportunity to make changes and improvements to our processes, not only in the department, but for the organization.
There will also be the possibility for you to help with onboarding new people in the organization and participate in additional project work. Most importantly, you will support everyday work of our HR Partners and get to know HR processes. If necessary, you will also help to develop content and documents for meetings and workshops.
What You'll Do

Get to know HR processes and structures in a fast-growing company

Onboarding of new employees and facilitating Onboarding Sessions

Learn about stakeholder management and how to develop lasting internal relationships across a range of departments

Understand the importance of our different HR roles and how they collaborate

Support HR Partner in resolving employee questions

Develop content and documents for meetings and workshops

Support in HR projects to improve processes and gain HR knowledge
What You'll Bring

Good Level in German and English (C1 Level)

Preferably studying a relevant field like Business Administration, BWL, Law with focus on HR or HR Management

Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment

Good skills in MS Office

Proactive work mentality

The ability to keep an overview and improve processes
