Job Summary : Responsible for managing end-to-end shift operations of the data center ensuring SLA adherence, operational continuity, and compliance with security and regulatory standards. Acts as the primary escalation point for incidents, leads technical execution of complex IMAC activities, and ensures smooth coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
ob Description : DC Technician (L2)\\\\r\\\\nLocation: Frankfurt (Onsite)\\\\r\\\\nExperience: 5–7 Years \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRole Summary\\\\r\\\\nResponsible for managing end-to-end shift operations of the data center ensuring SLA adherence, operational continuity, and compliance with security and regulatory standards. Acts as the primary escalation point for incidents, leads technical execution of complex IMAC activities, and ensures smooth coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n• Own and manage shift-level operations ensuring 24x7 service availability and adherence to SLA/KPI targets\\\\r\\\\n• Act as the primary escalation point for incidents (P1/P2/P3) and ensure timely response and resolution\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor liquid cooling systems including CDUs, piping loops, pumps, and rack-level cooling distribution units on a 24x7 basis.\\\\r\\\\n• Activities including coolant quality checks, pressure verification, and leak detection validation.\\\\r\\\\n• Respond to liquid cooling alarms including pressure drops, flow inconsistencies, and temperature deviation events and coordinate with DC service provider \\\\r\\\\n• Perform routine inspections rack interfaces for leakage or degradation risks.\\\\r\\\\n• Support emergency containment and isolation procedures in case of leak or system malfunction events.\\\\r\\\\n• Coordinate with OEM specialists during major maintenance, firmware updates, or system upgrades.\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor cooling performance metrics ensuring high-density racks maintain required thermal stability levels.\\\\r\\\\n• Maintain detailed operational logs, incident records, and maintenance documentation.\\\\r\\\\n• Participate in emergency drills and high-density workload readiness exercises.\\\\r\\\\nQualifications\\\\r\\\\n• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, HVAC, or Thermal Engineering discipline.\\\\r\\\\n• 5–12 years’ experience in cooling O&M with exposure to liquid cooling systems preferred.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong understanding of chilled water systems and liquid loop distribution architectures.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience working in high-density or AI-enabled DC environments preferred.\\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of fluid safety handling and leak response protocols required

Skill Requirements
