As a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our Crew Shop (Headquarters & Allermöhe), you will work closely with your Sales Team to ensure excellent support for our employees and the relevant product categories.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for administrative and organizational tasks
- Preparing distribution requests and creating and communicating brand presentations, merchandising guidelines, image catalogs, and POSM overviews in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Keeping the shops' advertising space plans up to date
- Managing the listing of components and products in SAP, maintaining disposition parameters, and uploading forecasts and additional quantities into the system
- Supporting the procurement and assortment planning of branded merchandise and regional product ranges, as well as preparing textile allocation plans for the seasonal assortment rollout
