Your responsibilities
- Develop product and process innovations from customer feedback and company strategy, and implement them to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth.
- Continuously optimize existing and in-development products and processes for efficiency and quality.
- Run customer conversations and interviews independently to understand their problems precisely, and present solutions directly to them.
- Dig deep into new topics and run analyses to optimize products and processes.
- Steer product and process performance against clear KPIs, gather feedback from stakeholders regularly.
- Plan, manage, and control your projects (e.g. via OKRs), working closely with software engineering and other teams on implementation.
Your profile
- 2 to 4 years in product management or a comparable role, ideally in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS, plus a completed degree or equivalent.
- Confident with AI tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, etc.) to work more efficiently; coding experience is a plus.
- Structured and data-driven: at home with KPIs, quick to get up to speed, and decisions grounded in analysis. Deep Excel/Google Sheets knowledge required; SQL is a plus.
- A strong communicator and team player who works independently and collaborates across stakeholders, from software engineering to cross-functional teams.
- Customer- and solution-oriented, takes responsibility, and drives topics forward proactively.
- Genuine interest in logistics and e-commerce.
- Fluent in English; good German is a plus.
- Based in the Rhine-Main area (e.g. Frankfurt, Koblenz, Mainz) or willing to relocate, and able to work on-site 3+ days per week at our future office in Limburg.
- Willing to travel occasionally to our sites in Erfurt and Szczecin (Poland) to implement and optimize new products and processes on the ground.
