Job Description
Position: Inside Sales / Sales Support (m/f/d)
Location: Villingen-Schwenningen, DE (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Process and capture orders and manage order processing, coordinating delivery dates in close collaboration with the sales team
- Maintain digital processes with business partners
- Handle administrative tasks and master data management
- Work closely with the Account Management team
Requirements
- Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau) or wholesale and export clerk (Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel) or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Good German and English language skills (speaking and writing)
- Structured, independent, and conscientious work style
- Team player with an open mindset
- Strong MS Office skills
