As HR Business Partner, you will support our team in Germany throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding to leadership support, talent development, and compensation. You will work in an environment characterized by trust, personal responsibility, open communication, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll actively shape our direction, collaborate closely with other teams, think strategically, and implement solutions pragmatically.
Your role
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Managing the entire recruiting process
- Conducting interviews and selection processes
- Supporting contract offers and relocation matters
- Collaborating with universities and participating in recruiting events
Contributing to workforce planning and succession planning

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Implementing HR measures and addressing labor law issues
- Supporting payroll and compensation & benefits processes
- Ensuring compliance and data quality in HR systems
Supporting in international HR projects possible

Leadership & Culture
- Sparring partner for coaches on all people-related topics
- Supporting people development and feedback processes
- Promoting engagement, collaboration, and a sustainable team culture
- Supporting change and development initiatives (individually, in teams, and across the organization)
Deriving and implementing HR-related measures based on business requirements

- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR generalist role
- Experience in recruiting and collaborating with executives
- Strong knowledge of German labor law
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills
