To strengthen our German operation, we are looking for a hands-on technical professional who will become the primary technical reference for radio remote control systems and related electronic solutions in Germany.
Our solutions are used in a wide range of industrial and mobile applications, including industrial machinery, lifting equipment, material handling systems, construction equipment, agricultural machinery and other mobile industrial machines.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Service & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair radio remote control systems for industrial and mobile applications.
- Perform testing, commissioning and configuration of radio remote control equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support and field service at customer locations throughout Germany.
- Analyze technical issues and identify root causes of failures.
- Prepare technical repair reports and service documentation.
- Organize and coordinate repair activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Customer Support
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers regarding radio remote control products.
- Support customers in the selection, configuration and application of products.
- Deliver technical training and product guidance to customers and partners.
- Manage technical complaints and oversee their resolution.
Application Engineering & Internal Support
- Evaluate customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Support the preparation of technical quotations and product recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support the development of new technical opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Independent Technical Ownership
- Independently manage technical support activities, customer troubleshooting and service interventions across Germany.
- Serve as the key technical reference for radio remote control systems within the organization.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
- Technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical service, field service or industrial technical support.
- Experience with industrial electronics, control systems or automation technologies.
- Experience with radio remote control systems for industrial and/or mobile applications is highly desirable.
- Experience in mobile hydraulics, lifting equipment, material handling systems, construction machinery, agricultural machinery or industrial automation applications would be considered an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience using testing and measurement equipment.
- Basic knowledge of industrial communication systems and fieldbus technologies is an advantage.
- Practical and hands-on approach to technical problem solving.
- Experience with radio remote control systems from manufacturers such as Danfoss, HBC, Scanreco, Autec, NBB, Arco or similar suppliers would be considered an advantage.

Ihre Aufgaben
Technischer Service & Fehleranalyse
- Diagnose, Fehlersuche und Reparatur von Funkfernsteuerungssystemen für industrielle und mobile Anwendungen
- Durchführung von Tests, Inbetriebnahmen und Konfigurationen von Funkfernsteuerungsanlagen
- Technischer Außendienst und Support beim Kunden vor Ort
- Analyse technischer Störungen und Ermittlung der Fehlerursachen
- Erstellung von Reparatur- und Servicedokumentationen
- Koordination von Reparatur- und Serviceprozessen mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
Technischer Kundensupport
- Zentrale technische Ansprechperson für Kunden im Bereich Funkfernsteuerungssysteme
- Unterstützung bei Auswahl, Konfiguration und Anwendung der Produkte
- Durchführung von technischen Schulungen für Kunden und Partner
- Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung technischer Reklamationen
Applikationsengineering & interne Vertriebsunterstützung
- Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung geeigneter technischer Lösungen
- Unterstützung bei technischen Angeboten und Produktempfehlungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Entwicklung und Produktion zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung
- Identifikation neuer technischer Potenziale bei Bestandskunden
Eigenverantwortliche technische Betreuung

Ihr Profil
Ausbildung & Erfahrung
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Service, Außendienst oder technischen Support
- Erfahrung mit industrieller Elektronik, Steuerungs- oder Automatisierungstechnik
- Erfahrung mit Funkfernsteuerungssystemen ist von Vorteil
