Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our robotics platforms and applications
Take ownership of the design process from concept to final implementation
Translate complex robotic capabilities into simple and understandable user experiences
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other designers to bring ideas to life
Contribute to and evolve the NEURA design system to ensure consistency across products
Conduct and support user research and usability testing to improve our solutions
Continuously refine and improve the user experience based on feedback and real usage
Bring new ideas and push for better design solutions across the team

Several years of experience in UI/UX or product design, ideally in complex software or technical products
A strong portfolio that shows both your design process and final results
Solid understanding of UX fundamentals such as user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
A strong sense for visual design, interaction, and detail
Experience working with tools such as Figma and adobe ilustrator or similar
Experience working with industrial products
Ability to collaborate closely with developers and understand technical constraints
Clear communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
Very good English skills, German is a plus

Experience designing for robotics, hardware-related products, or complex systems
Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries
Experience working in fast-moving environments such as startups or product-driven companies
Experience with blender for UX/UI
Basic understanding of frontend technologies
Interest in motion design or interaction design
