We are sourcing motivated freelancers to join the Outlier platform as AI Data Annotators. In this role, you will help train generative artificial intelligence models by evaluating prompts, fact-checking AI-generated responses, and writing high-quality examples of human reasoning.
No prior AI or technical experience is required! We provide comprehensive training and assessments to get you fully equipped for the role. Whether your background is in creative writing, customer service, general research, or you are simply eager to learn, you will apply your unique perspective to improve how machines think and respond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete provided training modules to learn the fundamentals of AI data annotation.
- Evaluate and rank AI-generated text based on strict project guidelines.
- Fact-check AI responses against reliable sources to identify errors.
- Write clear, accurate, and perfectly formatted responses to complex prompts to serve as training data.
Requirements:
- No prior experience needed – comprehensive training is provided!
- Native-level fluency in [English / German / Target Language].
- Exceptional reading comprehension, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to strictly follow complex formatting and project guidelines.
- A reliable computer and a stable internet connection.
