Creation and issuance of training and webinar certificates for partners and participants
- Maintenance and administration of training participant records
- Processing and handling of returned or corrected certificates
- Handle general back-office tasks
- Report to the Team Leader Customer Service

High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Team-oriented, flexible, and communicative
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Fluent German (C1 or native level)
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Additional languages are a plus
