Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

Supporting the Crew Operations and Crew Accounting teams in operational and organisational matters

Communication with international seafarer agencies and the ship‘s command
-
Support in payroll accounting
-
General assistant tasks such as processing mail, preparing minutes of meeting and processing invoices

Organisation and processing of relevant crew documents
-
Preparation of employer’s references for German seafarers
-
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (ideally shipping or tourism related)
-
Professional experience as Assistant or in a comparable position
-
Organisational talent
-
Intercultural competence
-
Well-founded user knowledge in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
-
Strong communication skills with fluency in English and preferably German
-
