We are not building a traditional sales team.
We are building a commercial engine that wins markets.
We are looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development to lead that effort.
This is a senior, high-impact role focused on one thing:
Closing deals that open cities.
You will:

Identify and secure new city partners

Structure and close complex commercial agreements

Work with a network of operators, advisors, and partners to win opportunities globally
This is not a corporate sales role.
It is a build-and-close mandate with real ownership.

Originate and close high-value B2B deals

Build and manage a strong pipeline across multiple markets

Work closely with founders, operators, and investors

Leverage an existing network of external partners to unlock opportunities

Take deals from first conversation to signed agreement
Many of our best opportunities come through a growing network of partners, introducers, and operators.
You will:

Work alongside this network to convert opportunities into deals

Lead negotiations and bring structure to complex situations

Focus on maximising total deal value and speed to close
You won’t need to build everything from scratch.
But you will need to own the outcome.

Proven ability to close complex B2B deals

Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills

Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, mobility, or similar sectors

High ownership and bias for action

Comfortable operating in fast-moving, unstructured environments
