At fiCommerce, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse location in Neu-Ulm, Germany. In this role, we are looking for a team member who will be responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and team management of one of our key fulfillment processes, including goods receiving, picking, packing, returns, inventory management, and shipping.

Job Description
- Manage the daily planning and coordination of the main warehouse process under your responsibility.
- Support the smooth and uninterrupted execution of goods receiving, picking, packing, returns, inventory management, and shipping processes.
- Take an active role in different warehouse processes based on operational needs.
- Plan and assign daily tasks to team members.
- Ensure a balanced distribution of workload and monitor operational priorities.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support the achievement of operational targets.
- Ensure that quality control and Occupational Health & Safety processes are carried out in accordance with established standards.
- Identify operational issues and follow up on corrective actions.
- Carry out initiatives to improve team motivation and employee engagement.
- Create a disciplined, safe, and collaborative working environment.
- Prepare operational reports when required.
General Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations.
- Previous experience in team management or shift/area supervision.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following processes: goods receiving, picking, packing, returns, inventory management, or shipping.
- Ability to monitor KPIs, daily work plans, and team performance.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong awareness of and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety standards.
- Ability to communicate in German or English at a basic level.
