Your tasks:
Independent management of our restaurant "Fliegende Feder" (Flying Feather), including pizza and burger station, or the "Futterscheune" (Feed Barn), including ice cream parlor
Leadership, motivation, and development of a seasonally varying team—including duty scheduling and training
Organization of all processes in the self-service system—reliable, structured, and service-oriented
Implementation and further development of a seasonal, family-friendly menu
Ensuring friendly, fast, and smooth service for our guests
Ensuring the highest safety, hygiene, and quality standards for guests and employees
Ordering goods, inventory, and control tasks—with economic thinking and an eye for detail
Creative involvement in plate presentation, counter display, decoration, and ambiance
Close cooperation with park management, purchasing, and other catering areas

Experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in self-service concepts, system restaurants, or theme park restaurants
Leadership experience and enjoyment in guiding and developing a team
Warm personality with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
Structured, independent, and responsible approach to work
Organizational skills—even when there are lots of guests
Enthusiasm for beautiful presentation—because "you eat with your eyes first"
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
