Your position
accadis Bilingual Preschool provides child-centred and well-structured early childhood education, with a strong focus on children's personal, social, and emotional development. We foster cognitive and creative competencies while encouraging independence and curiosity.
Join our dedicated educational team in an inspiring bilingual environment – full-time or part-time (minimum 34 hours per week).
Your responsibilities
- taking care of and educating children aged between two to five – following the educational concept of accadis Bilingual Preschool
- creating a stimulating learning environment and implementing an age appropriate curriculum
- observing and supporting children within the framework of early childhood development
- professional communication with families
- organizing and supervising your assigned group
You have
- a qualified Early Childhood Educational Specialist or successful completion of a degree which is recognized as Fachkraft in Kindertagesstätten
- English language skills at native-speaker level
- good German skills or a willingness to learn German
- ideally several years of work experience in early childhood education, preferably in a private and/or international institution
- personal qualities that motivate and inspire the children
- open-mindedness, flexibility and the ability to work well in a team
