About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition professionals based in Germany who are passionate about recruiting and thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments. These roles may support a range of talent acquisition activities, including full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder partnership, depending on client needs.
This is an open pipeline opportunity, meaning we are actively connecting with strong recruiters for upcoming roles across our RPO programs.
What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer stage
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring managers and client stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or RPO environments
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience partnering with hiring managers and delivering consultative recruiting support
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
Native-level fluency required; proficiency in English or other European languages is an advantage, depending on the client and role.
