We are looking for an experienced finance leader for a demanding senior management role in a complex international industrial environment.
The position is responsible for the Finance Project Management, including the strategic development of project financial steering and the leadership of finance project teams. It contributes significantly to the strategic direction and financial stability of the area of responsibility.
Take responsibility for project controlling, with a focus on reliable financial data, profitability, cash optimization, and the early identification of financial risks.
Oversee controlling from tendering through to cash collection, including financial support, challenge, validation, risk assessment, and follow-up of long-term project commitments.
Drive process optimization, core model alignment, and the effective deployment of group tools, methodologies, and organizational improvements across the finance function.
Master’s degree, business school qualification, MBA, or equivalent academic background in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
Strong technical finance background across accounting, project controlling, site controlling, financial planning, reporting, cash management, and project financing.
Good understanding of financing topics and specialist knowledge such as hedging, IFRS 15, bonding, and project funding is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop finance teams, provide direction, and actively drive change processes.
Ability to work effectively in an international matrix organization, demonstrating teamwork, integrity, initiative, and a strong results orientation.
