Lead the In & Outbound Logistics product team with end-to-end responsibility for technical delivery, process excellence and people leadership.
Drive projects, upgrades and optimization initiatives across SAP logistics solutions such as SAP LE-TRA, SAP TM, B4LN and related non-SAP transportation and freight systems
Steer the development of SAP solutions and interfaces, while actively supporting S/4HANA Cloud transformation and logistics process harmonization
Ensure product stability and operational excellence through strong governance of customizing, testing, go-live and 2nd/3rd level support models
Foster close collaboration with rollout teams, stakeholders and steering committees, while identifying innovations and improvement opportunities across transportation logistics
Strong leadership capabilities, combined with several years of experience in managing SAP IT logistics projects within complex international environments
Solid SAP expertise in end-to-end integration of transportation management systems and related logistics processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
Strong combination of business process understanding and IT knowledge, supported by experience with project management methods and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira and MS Project, as well as initial exposure to agile ways of working
Fluent English required; German considered an advantage, along with willingness to travel occasionally to company sites worldwide
