What You'll Do
The EMESA region unites over 10,000 BCGers from 40+ countries and all business units, organized in eight geographic systems.
As part of our regional sourcing hub your role will be to identify and engage talent for our consulting team for our offices in EMESA (mainly across LAB).
Working in close collaboration with local recruitment teams, regional practice area recruiters and the sponsor MDP. For each role, you will identify high quality potential talent, proactively outreach and run the initial candidate assessments to ensure strong and diverse pipelines.
Our team is focused on finding very specific/niche profiles that are rare in the market. This demands both, a high level of resiliency as well as curiosity to understand complex business concepts to identify candidates beyond keywords-search, and to become sparring partners to your stakeholders.

Identifying and engaging exceptional talent through proactive sourcing strategies, market research, and targeted outreach.

Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines aligned with strategic hiring priorities across EMESA.
- Conducting talent mapping and market intelligence activities to uncover new talent pools and inform hiring strategies.
- Assessing candidate backgrounds, motivations, and potential fit through initial screening conversations.
- Partnering effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Leveraging data, insights, and sourcing technologies to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Demonstrating resilience, curiosity, and a proactive approach to solving complex talent challenges.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

3–6 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruitment Research, or a related talent identification function.

Proven experience sourcing talent across multiple functions, geographies, and levels of seniority.

Strong knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies, including headhunting, talent mapping, market research, and candidate engagement strategies.

Strong candidate assessment skills, including evaluating experience, capabilities, and potential fit against hiring requirements.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing, research, and talent intelligence platforms.

Fluency in English and German.

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
