We are looking for a Field Sales Account Manager to expand our presence across Germany.
This role is ideal for:
- Experienced life science sales professionals, or
- PhD-level scientists (applications, support, or customer-facing roles) who want to transition into field sales

Your mission
- Manage and grow a portfolio of biotech, biopharma, and academic accounts
- Identify and win new business opportunities with a proactive "hunter" mindset
- Build trusted relationships with scientists, lab heads, procurement, and decision-makers
- Promote Tebubio’s RUO solutions, especially in:
- Immunology
- Oncology
- Molecular & Cell Biology
- Drive consultative sales cycles, combining products and CRO-based solutions
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Management, Technical Support, Marketing, and suppliers
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools
- Represent Tebubio at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Act as a scientific partner, not just a sales contact
Must-have
- PhD or Master’s in Life Sciences (Biology, Immunology, Oncology, Molecular/Cell Biology, etc.)
- Strong understanding of research workflows and applications
- Native-level German + fluent English
We are open to two types of candidates:
- Sales track
- 3–5 years experience in life science sales (field-based preferred)
- Experience selling RUO products or solutions
- Transition Track (PhDs welcome)
- Background in applications, technical support, or customer-facing scientific roles
- Strong motivation to move into customer-facing sales
- Commercial mindset and willingness to develop sales skills
