We are looking for you to join our team in the Retail Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a District Store Manager (Region Frankfurt) (m/w/d) as soon as possible.
Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn towards the end of 2026, and your primary workplace will transition to Eschborn accordingly.
- Regional Operations — Ensure smooth daily operations across all stores and act as the main interface between stores and HQ.
- Brand Standards — Implement global brand guidelines and maintain consistent store presentation and compliance.
- New Store Projects — Support openings, takeovers and operational system rollouts.
- Safety & Compliance — Oversee hygiene, equipment checks, fire protection and first‑aid readiness.
- Sales Performance — Manage regional sales targets, monitor KPIs and ensure strong customer service.
- Business Development — Analyze sales data, optimize assortments and develop local promotion strategies.
- Workforce Management — Coordinate staffing, scheduling, vacation planning and time‑recording processes.
- Team Development — Train and coach teams on service, product knowledge and operational standards.
- Merchandising — Ensure brand‑aligned merchandising and support store managers in category management.
- Inventory Control — Conduct stock audits and ensure alignment between physical inventory and system data.
- Financial Control — Manage cash flow, reconciliation and bookkeeping processes.
- Risk Management — Identify operational and financial risks and implement preventive measures.
- Professional experience in multi‑store retail management or regional operations.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and operational excellence.
- Solid understanding of merchandising, inventory and financial processes.
- High commitment to safety, compliance and brand standards.
- Fluent in German and English; mobility within the Frankfurt region.
