Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Wartung und Problemlösung: Überwachung und Instandhaltung automatisierter Systeme, sowie eigenständige Fehleranalyse und -behebung
Optimierung von Prozessen: Verbesserung der Effizienz und Produktivität von Produktionsanlagen
Entwurf und Implementierung von Automatisierungsfunktionen: Entwicklung und Programmierung von Steuerungsprogrammen für Maschinen und Anlagen
Dokumentation von Änderungen, Störungen und Lösungen
Überprüfung von Normen und Sicherheitsstandards: Sicherstellen, dass alle Systeme den geltenden Vorschriften entsprechen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere Betriebstechnik und Produktion
Ihr Profil:
Meister/Techniker oder Bachelor aus dem Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation mit praktischen Erfahrungen im Automatisierungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Organisationsumfeld
Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen
Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit der Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Grundsätzliche Kenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung und Automatisierungssystemen
Hohe Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit/Rufbereitschaft
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen
Einsatzbereitschaft, Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
