Corporate Accounting & Reporting Specialist (all genders)
full-time position in our Division Finance in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Timely processing of the monthly financial statements of the 21 individual UTA Group entities and subsequent preparation and submission of the monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements of the UTA Group as part of the Edenred Group reporting, including intercompany reconciliations
Upload and validate financial data in consolidation and reporting systems such as IBM Cognos Controller, FIRST, TM1, and K-Shuttle, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Act as the main point of contact for local service providers of UTA subsidiaries and coordinate reporting-related activities
Maintain and validate key reporting data, including P+L & balance sheet details, leasing contracts, FTE figures, KPIs and other financial information
Support Edenred Group reporting by preparing consolidation adjustments, tax reporting, annual disclosures, and reporting submissions for UTA subsidiaries
Contribute to the implementation of new reporting requirements and help ensure efficient, high-quality reporting processes across the Group
Your profile:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or a similar finance function
Solid knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS, with experience in financial reporting
Hands-on experience with consolidation and reporting systems, such as IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), and Oracle HFM (FIRST), including data uploads, and ad hoc analyses
Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, detailoriented, and quality-focused approach to work
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Fluent English skills required, German is a plus
