Local Trainers (m/f/d) for Leadership and Collaboration

We are looking for experienced freelance trainers to join our team for a major
international project in several Asian countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia,
Thailand, Japan, Korea, China)

Nonnast & Kollegen is a personnel and organisational development company based in
Regensburg that designs, implements and evaluates modular experts and management
development programmes for national and international clients (DAX, MDAX companies and
SMEs). With over 70 trainers, consultants and coaches, we are active in more than 40
countries on 5 continents.
What do we offer?
- Usually training work in tandems with experienced trainer colleagues from the project
- Well-founded, varied and interactive training concepts (blended learning formats with
face-to-face and online modules)
- Sparring with an internationally experienced team of trainers
What do we expect?
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a freelance trainer in face-to-face and
online training in the field of leadership - especially with international target groups
- Training references in the field of leadership in the SME or corporate environment
- At least 3 years of own leadership experience
- Business fluent language skills and experience in conducting training courses in
English as well as very good knowledge of the local language
- Centre of life in the region of assignment
