For this position, we offer an annual salary of €63,000 to €68,000 (gross, full-time), depending on experience and qualifications.

Your Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the implementation of the company-wide sustainability strategy and the associated roadmaps
Lead cross-functional and international teams and working groups, e.g. in rotor blade recycling
Manage external stakeholders by handling customer inquiries and tenders, conducting sustainability assessments, and maintaining and expanding networks
Coordinate submissions for sustainability ratings (e.g. EcoVadis) and improve rating results
Monitor and analyze sustainability-related regulations, market trends, competitor activities, and stakeholder interests to derive actionable recommendations for further developing the sustainability strategy and reporting
Manage internal stakeholders, e.g. coordinating ENERCON’s sustainability network, internal communications, and training
Your Qualifications
Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on sustainability and environmental issues
Relevant professional experience in a role related to sustainability and/or renewable energy, ideally in the fields of energy, circular economy, communications, auditing, or consulting
Ability and proven experience in clearly communicating complex sustainability topics and presenting them to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Very good command of English (B2) and German (B2), both written and spoken
Strong communication skills across all levels, excellent project management abilities, and enjoyment of both teamwork and taking personal responsibility
Preferably international work experience and intercultural awareness
Willingness to travel regularly to the headquarters in Northern Germany
