Do you love spending time on the water, exchanging experiences with like-minded people and sharing your enthusiasm for kitesurfing with others? Support our team full-time or part-time as a kite instructor (m/f/d) and infect our guests with your passion.
Your tasks:
- Kitesurfing courses for beginners and advanced learners (individual and group courses), taking into account the individual learning curves of our course participants
- Implementation and organization of our kite camps
- Teaching theoretical and practical kitesurfing skills with a focus on safety, technique and fun
- Assembly and disassembly of the kite material, as well as care and maintenance of the equipment
- Active support in organizing the daily schedule (e.g. coordinating appointments and course planning)
- Ensuring compliance with safety rules and standards on the water
- Promoting community and team spirit, both within the team and with our guests (for example as part of our kite camps)
- With your passionate kitesurfing mentality, you ensure that our guests feel comfortable on the water and become enthusiastic kitesurfers
