Customer relationship management
- Supports the Salesperson by analyzing customers’ technical needs and develops proposals outlining how KONE’s products and services can provide clear solutions to meet these needs.
- Customer contact for technical questions. May participate in planning / specification meetings.
Technical sales support in the Customer process
- Provides technical and costing support for the sales process
- Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, Sourcing or local subcontractors.
- Accountable for solution engineering
- Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils the codes, regulations and safety requirements
Technical support in the Delivery process
- Accountable for solution engineering
- Organize the order documentation and order confirmation
- Manage the drawing and related documents
- Make the material specifications for KONE and local material. Checks and updates the specification based on contract and variations.
- Organize the purchasing of the required material
- Define the CMII level at 0b and at 2Z
- Check the payment status before milestone 2
