At Quirónprevención, we are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit – SiFa) to join our team as a freelancer and provide services for projects in Munich, Germany.
In this role, you will support our clients and operations in all aspects of occupational health and safety, ensuring compliance with German statutory requirements while promoting a strong and sustainable safety culture.
Key Responsibilities

Advise management and employees on occupational safety and health matters.
- Ensure compliance with German occupational health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Conduct workplace risk assessments, inspections, and safety audits.
- Identify hazards and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE/EHS programs.
- Investigate incidents and support root cause analysis activities.
- Deliver safety training and awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients, authorities, and stakeholders on occupational safety matters.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across all activities.
