As a PTA, you are the central point of contact for pharmacies and customers who need sound advice on our products. Your expertise in the health sector helps you to communicate our high-quality nutritional supplements in an understandable way and to answer medical questions. This role is crucial because your expertise and empathy help you build trust and contribute to long-term customer loyalty. Every question and every problem offers an opportunity to show our customers how much we value their concerns.

Supporting pharmacies and customer enquiries by email and phone.

Providing expert support on questions about our products and ingredients.

Processing and monitoring orders.

Working with our sales team to support pharmacies with sales and information material.

Participating in sales-oriented projects and events to further establish ASPRIVA in pharmacies.

Completed training as a PTA (pharmaceutical-technical assistant) or a comparable qualification.

Professional experience in the pharmacy or health sector is an advantage.

Enthusiasm for longevity topics and dietary supplements.

Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
