Tesla’s mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy and abundance. The Tesla Engineering Centre in Berlin Köpenick plays a key role in developing and optimizing automotive products, working closely with engineering operations across the globe.
As a Logistics Coordinator within the Engineering Facility team, you will support logistics processes that enable engineering success. This includes ensuring reliable material flow, maintaining efficient warehouse operations, and delivering structured, scalable logistics solutions to support engineering activities.
The role requires close collaboration with engineering, facility operations, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability, process reliability, and alignment with project timelines.
What You'll Do-
Help manage the flow of parts and materials so engineers can work without delays or surprises

Track incoming shipments from suppliers and verify that all items arrive safely and on time

Assist in preparing and dispatching prototypes and project materials to teams worldwide

Keep the warehouse organized — label, store, and track materials using digital tools

Support new projects by ensuring materials and equipment are ready before work begins

Act as a key liaison between engineers, warehouse staff, and suppliers
What You'll Bring-
2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or material flow — preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments

A completed vocational qualification (Ausbildung) or higher education (e.g., technical college, associate degree, or equivalent)

Solid understanding of warehouse operations, material flow, and inventory management

Experience working with logistics systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS, or similar)

Familiarity with TMS, WMS, or other logistics tools is a plus

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
